We lived in an apartment managed by Kingsdene for almost 2 years, their service was fantastic Andrii was always helpful with promptly supporting us with any of our needs. I would 100% recommend them.

Been with the Kingsdene team for many years in their previous guise as JLL Leeds. They have consistently performed with the best professional work ethic. Kept me well informed of all issues. Resolved problems quickly. As tenancy agreements ended, they have ALWAYS managed to keep continuity. Either extending the tenancy or finding new tenants extremely quickly. The continuity of the team members has helped a great deal in building the relationship for a smooth working environment. Great team to work with.

Catherine Payne from Kingsdene Property has been my property manager for over 3 years and she’s been amazing every time I needed any support, whether emergency situations or anything else, she’s always very helpful, lovely to talk to, efficient and easy to reach to as well.
